TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScrapYard ("the Site," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Site. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ScrapYard.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ScrapYard. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to close accounts where underage use is suspected. Underage gambling is illegal — we take this seriously.

3. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Users from the following jurisdictions are prohibited from using ScrapYard and may not register or place wagers. It is your responsibility to ensure that using this Site is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

• United Kingdom
• Denmark
• Spain
• Poland
• Netherlands
• Sweden

• Cyprus

This list may be updated at any time without notice. By using the Site you confirm you are not accessing it from a prohibited jurisdiction.

4. No Chargebacks

All deposits and wagers are final. By depositing funds or placing wagers on ScrapYard you agree that you will not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals through any payment processor or financial institution. Any chargeback or dispute filed against ScrapYard will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of any remaining balance, and may result in legal action to recover costs and damages.

5. House Edge Disclosure

All games on ScrapYard carry a house edge, meaning the platform retains a statistical advantage over time. House edges vary by game:

• All games on ScrapYard have a house edge of between 1% and 15%.
• The exact house edge for each game is displayed within the game interface.
• Gambling outcomes on this platform are determined using a provably fair algorithm — you can verify all outcomes independently.

Gambling is entertainment. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. The house edge means that over a sufficiently long session, most players will lose money.

6. Account Conduct

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated systems
• Not attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Not engage in collusion or match-fixing with other users
• Not use the chat to harass, threaten, or spam other users
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or claim bonuses

7. Account Termination

ScrapYard reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraud, cheating, or abuse
• Chargebacks or payment disputes
• Access from a prohibited jurisdiction
• Underage use

Upon termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited at our sole discretion. We are not required to provide reasons for account termination.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with ScrapYard, you must first contact our support team at cporter2us@gmail.com and allow 30 days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy. All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against ScrapYard.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. ScrapYard operates under a gaming license issued under the Curaçao eGaming framework. Any disputes not resolved through arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Curaçao.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrapYard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Site following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
